Global Strategy And Leadership
GSL is the capstone subject of CPA Program, which consolidates and builds on the knowledge gained from the other three core subjects Ethics & Governance, Financial Reporting and Strategic Management Accounting. The roles of strategy and leadership have become critical to successful organisational performance in an increasingly turbulent business environment nowadays.
The subject aims to link the knowledge of future professional accountants to the concepts of strategy and leadership, by using a range of technical information to make decisions about the future of the business in a global context and in a diverse organisational setting.
